Job summary

Daffodil Care Group in Kinsealy, Co Dublin, is recruiting Social Care/Residential Care Leader Worker to support young people aged 12-17 in our Semi Independent residential service. You will work with Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders to provide a safe, caring, and stabilising environment.

We offer a salary of €44,914 - €47,245, with sleeping time and premiums, an incremental pay scale and a typical schedule of 2 sleepover shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) in Social Care, Social Work, Psychology, or related fields.
• Eligible to register as a Social Care Worker with CORU.
• 2 years experience in social care with young people.
• Full Irish driving licence is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality social care to vulnerable youths aged 12-17.
• Deliver individualized day-to-day activities in residential service.
• Work with Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders to ensure safety and stability.
