Job summary

Daffodil Care Group is recruiting Social Care professionals for part-time Social/Residential Care Worker positions in Kilteel, Co. Kildare. You will support vulnerable youths aged 12–17 in a residential setting, delivering day-to-day activities and ensuring a safe, caring environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 7 qualification (degree) or above in one of the following: Social Care, Social work, Psychology (Level 8), Child & Adult Psychotherapy, Youth & Community, Teaching, Nursing, Social Science, Counselling, Addiction Studies.
• If you are eligible to register as a Social Care Worker with CORU.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality social care and create a safe, caring, and stabilising environment for vulnerable young people aged 12–17.
• Deliver individualized day-to-day activities in the residential service.
• Collaborate with the Centre Manager and Social Care Leaders to implement care plans.
