You will handle raw-material reception and testing, stock management, and ensure adherence to SOPs and quality-management procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food Science or Biotechnology.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor yeast fermentation processes.
• Vessel preparation, inoculation, control and cleaning.
• Raw-material reception, testing, and stock management.
• Follow SOPs and quality-management procedures.
• Drying and bagging yeast biomass.
