Job summary

GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Workplace Safety Health Coordinator for a HDB project in Dublin. You will carry out duties under the WSH Act, support EHS management system implementation and ensure site activities comply with legal requirements.

You will conduct daily WSH inspections, identify hazards, prepare monthly risk assessments and safe work procedures, and participate in audits and incident investigations while training workers and subcontractors on safety standards.

Qualifications

• WSQ advanced certificate in WSH with valid refresher certificate.
• WAH assessor certificate.
• Risk management course.
• A team player with and ability to work independently.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction and HDB exposure.

Responsibilities

• Carry out duties as specified by WSH Act.
• Assist in the implementation of the EHS management system.
• Ensure all site activities are compliant with legal requirements.
• Carry out daily WSH inspections including machinery, equipment, plant and installation.
• Identify WSH hazards and implement control measures.
• Prepare monthly WSH reports, risk assessments, SWPs and permit to works submission.
• Ensure workers and sub-contractors comply with EHS system & legal requirements.
• Maintain and monitor EHS records/checklists.
• Participate and facilitate internal/external audits.
• Investigate and report WSH incidents & near misses.
• Conduct WSH and related training.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the PM and Management.
