The successful candidate will be responsible for design, implementation, and continuous improvement of scalable solutions while maintaining platform reliability and compliance

Experience in an Agile delivery environment and strong problem-solving skills are essential for this role. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Integration teams, ensuring that solutions align with governance standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with enterprise platforms, including direct configuration and delivery of Workday solutions.
• Experience designing and implementing scalable configuration solutions, including business processes and calculated fields.
• Proven track record to independently troubleshoot and resolve system issues across configuration, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and implement scalable Workday platform solutions across core HR domains.
• Own end‑to‑end delivery of platform changes, including design, build, testing, and deployment readiness.
• Partner with multi‑functional teams to deliver cohesive, end‑to‑end platform solutions.
