Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Workday Advanced Compensation Consultant to analyze and implement core and advanced compensation processes for global clients. This remote role offers flexible engagement models and close collaboration with HR, Reward and Technology stakeholders.

You will gather requirements, design configurations, lead workshops, testing and post‑go‑live support, applying Workday expertise and strong stakeholder management to deliver scalable compensation solutions across organisations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IS or related discipline.
• Experience in Workday Consulting, HRIS, Reward Technology or Enterprise Systems environments.
• Workday Compensation certifications are highly desirable.

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements across Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation processes.
• Design, configure and support compensation plans, merit and bonus programmes, stock compensation, eligibility rules and compensation cycles.
• Lead workshops, solution design sessions, testing activities and post-go-live support while collaborating with HR, Reward and Technology stakeholders.

Skills Required

• Strong hands‑on experience configuring and supporting Workday Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate complex compensation requirements into scalable solutions.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle including design, build, testing, deployment, data validation and production support.

Education & Work Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience within Workday Consulting, HRIS, Reward Technology or Enterprise Systems environments. Workday Compensation certifications are highly desirable.
