Role: Window Fitting Subcontractor
Location: On the road - North Kildare
Job Type: Permanent - Full time

At Elk Recruitment, we are looking for a skilled Window Fitting Subcontractor to join our client’s growing team based in North Kildare, covering Kildare, Dublin, and Meath. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Window and Door Fitter to make a real impact in an innovative and growing organization.

Your new role includes:

• Measuring and fitting windows accurately into window openings, ensuring proper sealing and alignment.
• Handling and transporting windows, frames, and other materials to and from the worksite.
• Using hand tools and power tools, such as drills, saws, and caulking guns, to cut, shape, and install window components.
• Applying weatherproofing and insulation materials to ensure windows are sealed and energy-efficient.
• Removing old windows and frames and replacing them with new ones, performing repairs when necessary.

Experience you need:

• Strong window installation experience and previous experience with subcontracting.
• Knowledge of window installation techniques, measurements, and tools.
• Precision in measuring and cutting materials for accurate window installation.
• Good communication skills for working with clients, team members, and supervisors.
• A valid driving license and relevant trade certifications.
