Job summary

Midwest Groundcovers is seeking a Full Time Sales Worker to support wholesale customers and yard operations at our Saint Charles location. You will handle inquiries, process quotes and orders, and promote products to meet sales goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining the yard, operating equipment, and coordinating inventory with cross-functional teams. Prioritize safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Two years of horticulture, wholesale, sales, customer service, or retail experience preferred.
• Experience with plant material or wholesale operations is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, knowledgeable service to wholesale customers via phone, email, and in person.
• Build customer relationships; understand needs and communicate policies clearly.
• Process quotes, orders, payments using company systems.
• Promote products and services to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Support yard activities, events, and promotional opportunities.
