Job summary

Keelings invites applications for a store forecasting role to support nationwide planning of flowers and plants for Supervalu stores. You will forecast demand using historical data, develop store profiles, and coordinate with field sales to drive sales and reduce waste.

The role emphasizes accuracy, relationship-building, and proactive problem-solving, with on-site work in St Margaret's, Co. Dublin. Flexible travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in store forecasting or central replenishment is beneficial.
• Ability to work on own initiative on project-based tasks.
• Attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
• Results oriented and highly numerate with data interpretation.
• Strong ability to build relationships with customers and field teams.
• Flexible and resilient; travel to stores may be required.

Responsibilities

• Create store profiles to meet weekly stock targets for flowers and plants.
• Review WOW and YOY sales and waste to guide stock decisions.
• Forecast orders using system and Excel tools for delivery days.
• Monitor daily sales and waste to improve shelf life and delivery.
• Dispatch consolidated orders to supply chain daily.
• Attend procurement meetings to discuss long/short-term forecasts.
• Weekly reviews of store targets and growth opportunities.
