GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. seeks a Western Chef to prepare and present Western dishes to high standards in a busy kitchen near Dublin.

You will perform mise en place, manage freshness and inventory, and work closely with the Head Chef to ensure fast, consistent service. The role requires knowledge of Western cooking techniques, knife skills and plating. A Basic Food Hygiene certificate is preferred or willingness to obtain one; candidates should be able to stand long hours in a hot

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and cook Western dishes to recipe and quality standards.
• Do daily mise en place and ensure fresh ingredients are stored properly.
• Keep the station clean and follow hygiene and temperature-control rules.
• Reduce waste, rotate stock and report shortages.
• Work with Head Chef to keep service fast and consistent.
• Train and guide junior kitchen staff (for senior roles).
• Complete cleaning and temperature logs and closing checklists.
• Follow workplace safety rules (knife handling, fire safety, burns and slips).
