Job summary

Aureol Global Connections is seeking an experienced welder/fabricator for on-site work in Ireland. The role requires proficiency in MIG/MAG, TIG, and MMA/ARC welding, with the ability to read technical drawings and fabricate metal components to specification.

You will cut, shape, bend, assemble and weld various metals, inspect components for accuracy, and ensure surfaces are finished to high standards while following strict safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience as welder, fabricator or metalworker.

• Ability to read technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG, TIG, and/or arc welding depending on project requirements.
• Cut, shape, bend, and fabricate metal components using appropriate tools and machinery.
• Assemble and weld steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other metal structures.
• Measure and inspect fabricated components to ensure accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Perform grinding, finishing, and surface preparation.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as cutting machines, grinders, drills, and presses.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure tools are in safe working condition.
• Follow workplace health and safety procedures and welding standards.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, strength, and defects.
• Work independently or as part of a fabrication/installation team.
