The role centers on client reception, handling enquiries, appointments, payments and admin support for the clinical team. It’s ideal for a student in veterinary nursing or veterinary medicine seeking hands-on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous reception, customer service or administrative experience is essential.
• Confident using computer systems, managing appointments and handling payments accurately.
• Able to build rapport with a wide variety of people.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and their pets, answering telephone and email enquiries.
• Book appointments and process payments.
• Provide general administrative support to the clinical team.
• Help manage deliveries and stock levels, keeping the reception area professional and welcoming.
• Stay calm, friendly and professional in a fast-paced environment.
