McCauley Pharmacy Showgrounds Shopping Centre in Clonmel is seeking a part-time Pharmacy Healthcare Advisor to provide exceptional OTC guidance and frontline assistance on the shop floor. The role focuses on customer service, product knowledge and maintaining a welcoming, well-stocked environment.

The ideal candidate will have community pharmacy OTC experience, strong communication skills, and a confidential, empathetic approach to customer care.

Qualifications

• Previous Pharmacy OTC experience in a community Pharmacy would be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to get along with various personalities.
• Good prioritising, multi-tasking and organisational skills.
• Be confidential and empathetic to our customers' needs.
• Must have a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of customer service and adhere to company policies and ethos.
• Offer customers exceptional assistance on OTC products and shopfloor queries.
• Ensure the pharmacy is merchandised, clean, tidy and stock levels are maintained.
• Handle cash and manage stock rotation.
