Job summary

The Care Team is seeking a Weekend Healthcare Assistant to join our Southside Dublin team on a part-time weekend rota. You will provide direct care in clients’ homes, follow tailored care plans and support clients’ independence with dignity and compassionate—quality home care is at the heart of our service.

We offer €18 per hour, paid holidays, free Garda Vetting, free training and PPE, plus ongoing support from a dedicated team and regular weekend rosters nationwide.

Qualifications

• Working toward or holding a QQI Level 5 (or equivalent) in Healthcare Support.
• Completed Care Skills and Care of the Older Person modules.
• Excellent communication skills in fluent English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Deliver personal care and home support to clients in their homes.
• Follow care plans tailored to each client's needs.
• Promote independence, dignity and well-being through respectful care.
• Maintain accurate daily care notes and report changes promptly.
• Adhere to infection prevention, control measures and company policies.
• Collaborate with field supervisors and the care team.
