Truly Baggot Street is hiring a weekend experienced receptionist for our busy dental practice situated in the City Center!

We work with the latest technology in a beautiful environment and provide both general and specialist dentistry including implants with digital radiography and CBCT.

This position requires availability on Saturdays, Sundays, bank holidays, and potential additional hours in the future if requested.

We are looking for experienced front desk receptionist comfortable with 5 star service to become a valued member of our team. Familiarity with EXACT software is preferable, however, training will be provided to the right candidate. Duties will include greeting and welcoming patients to the practice, multiline phone management, scheduling appointments, preparing patients charts for dental staff, updating patient records, preparing billing statements and accepting payments.

We have a part time position currently available, minimum of 14 hour per weekSaturday, Sunday, bank holidays.
