Job summary

Accenture UK & Ireland is seeking a Management Consultant for the Utilities practice focusing on water and wastewater. Based in Dublin/Cork with hybrid working, you will lead advisory and transformation engagements for Ireland's major water organisations, enabling decarbonisation, resilience and sustainable service delivery.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant utility experience in water or wastewater operations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across varied projects.
• Strong client relationship-building and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering complex programmes in the utilities sector.
• Knowledge of water sector regulation and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic advisory and transformation engagements for water utilities.
• Apply sector expertise to diagnose challenges and develop practical recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with client goals.
• Support business development including scoping, proposals and client presentations.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and deliverables across engagement lifecycle.
