DPS Group Global is seeking a seasoned Commissioning Engineer to oversee the handover of major water and wastewater facilities from mechanical completion through performance testing and operational transfer.

You will collaborate with process, automation, construction and operations teams to validate systems safely and efficiently against project performance targets, ensuring a smooth start-up and handover.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of commissioning experience in water/wastewater or industrial environments.
• Proven ability to manage on-site commissioning activities and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of PLC, SCADA systems and process control philosophies.

Responsabilités

• Prepare commissioning procedures, checklists and test documentation.
• Verify mechanical completion and perform system walkdowns before commissioning.
• Execute cold commissioning activities including I/O and loop testing and valve checks.
• Execute hot commissioning activities including water testing and start-up sequencing.
• Support FAT, SAT, IQ and OQ protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with automation engineers to optimise control strategies and handover documentation.
