Job summary

Mace is seeking a Project/Programme Manager in Ireland (Sligo region) to drive safety, governance and timely delivery on complex projects. You will join a team focused on water, utilities or civil infrastructure, collaborating with senior stakeholders and multidisciplinary specialists.

The role requires a degree in engineering or related field and demonstrable leadership across large teams, with a strong emphasis on sustainability and value delivery.

Qualifications

• Membership of professional bodies (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent).
• Degree or equivalent with professional work experience in engineering, construction or project management.
• Driving licence and vehicle is desirable.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with water, utilities or civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with wastewater and potable water systems is a definite advantage.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
