Job summary

Mace is seeking a project professional in Ireland to promote safety-first culture and deliver water, utilities or civil infrastructure projects in Galway. You will apply local HSW regulations, coordinate stakeholders and deliver to milestones, while maintaining quality and governance standards.

You will lead parts of projects within large, diverse teams, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and apply commercial and sustainability considerations to shape project outcomes.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• A degree or equivalent with professional work experience in engineering, construction or related project management discipline.
• Driving licence and vehicle is desirable.
• Commercial and financial acumen.
• Experience of leading parts of projects within large, diverse teams.
• Experience of developing and forming relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Experience with water, utilities or civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience with wastewater and potable water systems is a definite advantage.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects you are working on.
