Indaver operates a waste management facility in Ireland and seeks a TWM Waste Operative to manage field waste operations at customer sites, ensuring compliant collection and transport to end destinations. The role requires hands-on handling, sorting, and packaging of waste with attention to safety and regulatory requirements.

You will work within Indaver's Total Waste Management team at Pfizer, Grangecastle, Dublin, contributing to efficient site waste management and timely waste removal, while

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in waste management or relevant waste experience in Pharma/Production Petro-Chemical environments.
• Forklift licence is an advantage
• Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Handle in-house waste pickup at the site and bring to a central location.
• Load and unload waste safely and efficiently.
• Treat waste for transport to processing facility (sorting, packing, bulking, repackaging).
• Identify and store waste per regulations at stocking locations.
• Manage inventory of empty containers to ensure stock never depletes.
• Prepare waste for transport and ensure proper loading.
• Plan and register waste removal to align with customer agreements.
• Maintain administration to ensure on-time transport.
• Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe workplace.
• Keep the workspace tidy and communicate regularly with line manager.
