Job summary

Choice Stores in Clonee, Ireland is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team to meet store and internal service targets.

You will ensure accurate order picking, maintain stock integrity, and promote safety and efficient processes across shifts. The role offers development opportunities within our growing network and a focus on teamwork and hands-on leadership. This hands-on role requires flexibility across early, late, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising warehouse teams and coordinating daily tasks.
• Solid communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic IT skills and familiarity with warehouse systems.
• Strong planning, prioritisation and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist in running an efficient warehouse operation to meet demand and targets.
• Train new warehouse operatives.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock movements.
• Support stock takes and identify system improvements.
• Coordinate with drivers and transport teams as needed.
• Ensure safety compliance and housekeeping.
