Job summary

PCI Pharma Services in Stamullen, County Meath, invites applications for a Permanent Warehouse Team Leader. This night shift role (7pm–7am) covers Mon–Wed, leading daily warehouse activities and ensuring SOP compliance with a strong focus on inventory accuracy.

You will manage stock, batch scheduling, and KPI reporting, while coordinating across packaging, QA, and engineering stakeholders. A background in warehouse leadership and SAP/WMS experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy warehouse environment.
• High level of PC skills required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day to day events and planning in the warehouse.
• Ensure Stock card and SAP system are up to date.
• Ensure all batches/mini bags are scheduled into the Clean rooms in a manner to ensure compliance with E.D.D.
• Maintain housekeeping at a high standard.
• Ensure all goods in are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure daily reports are sent to Packaging Manager & Key Account Manager.
• Ensure all despatch is processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOPs.
• Ensure all product is picked and returns processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOPs.
• Complete and update training for all warehouse staff.
• Be competent as required in counterbalance, reach and VNA vehicles.
• Adhere to H&S at all times.
• Be available to work across all sites and all shifts.

We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader (Permanent role) to join our team in Stamullen, County Meath.

This is a Night Shift role, covering Monday to Wednesday 12 hours shift (7pm to 7am).

Summary Of Role

• Manage day to day events and planning in the warehouse.
• Knowledge / understanding of WMS.
• Ensure Stock card and SAP system are up to date.
• Ensure all batches/mini bags are scheduled into the Clean rooms in a manner to ensure compliance with E.D.D.
• Maintain housekeeping at a high standard.
• Ensure all goods in are processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP's.
• Ensure daily reports are sent to Packaging Manager & Key Account Manager.
• Ensure all despatch is processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP's.
• Ensure all product is picked and returns processed in a timely manner and in accordance with SOP's.
• Complete and update training for all warehouse staff.
• Complete back to work meetings when required.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained to meet requirements and elevate issues. communicate information to relevant depts.
• Ensure all relevant information is readily available to Q.A., Engineering & all other stakeholders.
• Be available to work and train in all company depots and departments.
• Be competent as required in counterbalance, reach and VNA vehicles.
• Ensure H&S is adhered to at all times.
• Assist in the implementation of all new work practices and processes.
• Carry out various additional tasks in line with Company goals.
• Assist in documenting KPI's.
• Be available to work across all sites and all shifts.
• Any other additional tasks that may be required by your Manager or any other person so appointed to act with such authority.
