Executive Edge Citywest is assisting a Tallaght-based distributor in recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team and run daily operations in a clean, regulated environment.
You will supervise 4 operatives, assist with picking/packing, ensure stock accuracy, and maintain HACCP‑like standards while reporting to management in a hands-on role, Monday to Friday, 9am–6pm. Strong compliance focus, SAP stock control, and audits readiness are essential.
Warehouse Supervisor Dublin (MonFri, No Shift) Our client is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24 and is a well-established and highly regulated distribution business. They are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a hands‑on role in a clean, secure warehouse environment, where compliance and accuracy are critical. This position will suit someone with strong warehouse experience who enjoys leading a small team while still being actively involved in day‑to‑day operations.
Supervise and support a team of 4 warehouse operatives, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Work hands‑on in the warehouse, assisting with picking, packing, and general duties as required. Maintain high standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and organisation across the warehouse. Ensure all processes are carried out in line with strict regulatory and compliance requirements (including inspections by authorities). Monitor stock control, goods in/out, and inventory accuracy using SAP. Support and enforce warehouse procedures in line with a controlled (HACCP-type) environment. Assist with audit preparation and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. Drive a strong team culture, providing guidance and structure where needed.
Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor or senior warehouse role. Experience working in a controlled, clean, or regulated environment (e.g. HACCP, pharma, food) would be a strong advantage. Comfortable working in a hands‑on role while managing a small team. Strong personality with the confidence to lead, organise and maintain standards. Good understanding of warehouse systems; SAP experience is an advantage. Highly organised with strong attention to detail, particularly around compliance and stock control. Reliable, practical and solution‑focused approach to work.
Salary: €45,000 €50,000 (depending on experience) Pension Monday to Friday role 9am to 6pm (no shift work) Stable, well‑structured working environment
