Job description

We are presently recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor for our clients in County Kerry. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will ensure smooth daily operations of the warehouse, ensure inventory accuracy, coordinates deliveries, maintain safety standards, optimise workflow and collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient warehouse performance. This is a full - time position, based on site in County Kerry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company policies.
• Supervise, train, and support warehouse staff, fostering a productive work environment.
• Manage inventory control, stock levels, and accurate record-keeping to minimize discrepancies.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and order fulfilment.
• Implement and maintain health and safety standards, conducting regular inspections.
• Operate warehouse equipment, ensuring proper use and maintenance.
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams for smooth operations.
• Analyze performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and optimize workflow.
• Handle staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Skills and experience

• 2+ years experience, ideally in a regulated warehouse environment
• Strong Ability to train others
• Strong Proficiency in CRM/ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite, WMS or SAP B1 experience an advantage
