We are continuing our journey of expanding and diversifying our business and we now require a Stores & Warehouse Operative at our facility in Naas, Co. Kildare. We are looking for someone who has a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn. IITC will provide full on the job training and development and upskilling opportunities are available within our organisation.

Job Description

• Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements
• Picking orders accurately
• Stock Counts
• Check all orders prior to dispatch and report any issues to Manager, such as duplicates, shortages etc. ensuring that order, invoice and goods match.
• Check in deliveries and highlight issues.
• Pack orders and wrap for dispatch as per company protocols
• Check Courier Manifesto to ensure correct no of boxes etc. Note any changes, pallets, return requests etc.
• Loading/Unloading of vehicles
• Moving and Storing products in correct areas
• Dealing with colleagues, customers and hauliers in a proactive and engaging way, and with a helpful and pleasant manner
• Adhere to all Health and Safety requirements
• Putting Away of Stock/Orders (in allocated area in warehouse)
• Maintenance and upkeep of Work Area
• Reporting Issues or Concerns to the Supervisor
• Other Tasks as assigned by the Manager from time to time

Requirements

• Forklift Licence
• Overhead crane experience an advantage
• Communication skills
• Attention to detail and quality focused
• Multi-directional forklift driving an advantage but not essential
• Availability to work overtime as required
• Enjoy warehouse environment and dealing with customers
