Job summary

Petstock Group in Ireland’s Leinster region is hiring Warehouse Team Members to join our distribution centres serving online and in-store customers.

As part of the team you’ll handle picking, packing, stock control and dispatch, ensure stock integrity, load and unload goods, and help keep safety and housekeeping standards high. We offer full training and an inclusive culture where every team member can grow.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a pick-packer role in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing is preferred.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Capacity to lift and carry stock up to 20 kg.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with collaborative mindset.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Picking, Packing & Dispatching: fulfill orders to a high standard and achieve excellent pick rates.
• Stock Control: assist with receiving inbound goods, cycle counts, and accurate stock levels.
• Stock Integrity: maintain stock accuracy through replenishment, expiry checks, and stock takes.
• Loading & Unloading: load and unload courier trucks efficiently.
• Workplace Safety: maintain a clean, safe work environment and assist with daily housekeeping.
• General Warehouse Duties: support with various tasks as directed by the team leader.
