Position Summary

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse operations. Working closely with colleagues across the site, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, received, sorted, and dispatched while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.

• Pick, pack, sort, and prepare customer orders accurately using warehouse systems and processes.
• Support the safe loading and unloading of goods while following company procedures and quality standards.
• Receive, check, store, and organise stock to ensure products are handled securely and efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, team leaders, and management to maintain effective communication across the operation.

• Support goods-in activities, including the receipt of palletised and containerised deliveries.
