Job summary

Martin Brower in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative to support the efficient movement of goods across our warehouse operations. You will pick, pack, receive, sort and dispatch customer orders while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, FMCG, or similarly active environment.
  • Commitment to high standards of health, safety, and quality.
  • Able to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships with colleagues.
  • Experience with material handling equipment (MHE) such as reach trucks is beneficial; licences welcomed.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and support diverse warehouse tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support the safe loading and unloading of goods while following procedures and quality standards.
  • Receive, check, store, and organise stock to ensure secure and efficient handling.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, team leaders, and management to maintain clear communication across the operation.
  • Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment and contribute to a positive workplace.
  • Assist goods-in activities, including receipt of palletised and containerised deliveries.
  • Adapt to changing business needs and assist with various warehouse tasks as required.

Position Summary:

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout our warehouse operations. Working closely with colleagues across the site, you will help ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed, received, sorted, and dispatched while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and teamwork.
