Lidl Ireland is seeking Warehouse Operatives to enhance the customer journey by maintaining the flow of goods at our regional distribution centre. Candidates should be comfortable working with manual handling equipment and have a flexible attitude. • Comfortable with Manual Handling Equipment, such as an order picker forklift.
• A flexible can-do attitude.
• Preferably, experience within a warehouse environment.
• A good team player.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of our regional distribution centre.
• Instructing the lorry drivers regarding use of lanes, and sorting the incoming stock.
• Quality inspection and quantitative counting of incoming stock (e.g. temperature measurement).
• Recording all additional relevant data (e.g. best before date, pallet height).
• Labelling every pallet with the number of the despatch unit.
• Always maintain health and safety standards.

• Two different shifts available: Day shift; 6am-4pm & Night shift; 10pm-6am
• Maintain the uninterrupted flow of goods in and out of our regional distribution centre
