Job summary

Uniphar Group in Dublin is seeking a Warehouse Operative on a fixed term contract (6 months) to support efficient warehouse operations. The role covers receipt, storage, picking, packing and dispatch, while maintaining quality and safety standards.

You will work full-time (9am-5.30pm) and contribute to accurate stock handling, inventory checks, and documentation. Prior warehouse experience is desirable, with a focus on accuracy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.

• Ensure all products are handled and stored in accordance with company procedures.
• Operate warehouse scanning equipment and systems to record stock movements.
• Assist with loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
• Adhere to Health & Safety, Quality, GDP, and company procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within warehouse operations.
• Assist colleagues and other departments to ensure customer service levels are achieved.
• Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.

Location: Uniphar Medtech, Dublin
Reporting To: Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Manager
Contract Type: Fixed Term (6 Months)
Hours: Full-Time (9am-5.30pm)

Purpose of the Role
