Qualifications

• 2+ years in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with picking, packing, loading and unloading goods.
• Good communication and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
• Receive, check, and store incoming stock.
• Assist with stock control and inventory management.
• Operate warehouse equipment and machinery safely.
• Use a counterbalance forklift where required (if licensed).
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist customers collecting orders and provide professional customer service.
• Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
• Support colleagues and management with general warehouse duties.
