Dexcom Corporation in Athenry, Ireland, is hiring a Warehouse Operative (Material Handler 2) to support daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring materials move safely, accurately, and on time. This role requires 2–4 years in warehouse work, experience with ERP/WMS, forklift operation and good communication and math skills.

Shift pattern is 12 hours, 7am–7pm, Monday to Wednesday plus alternate Thursdays; 4 days on / 3 off, then 3 on /4 off.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience in a warehouse or material handling role.
• Experience using ERP or WMS systems.
• Experience operating electric-powered material handling equipment.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Strong communication, maths, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out receiving, shipping, inventory control, and manufacturing support activities.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet trucks, reach trucks, and forklifts.
• Complete ERP/WMS transactions including shipping, receiving, and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve basic inventory, shipping, and receiving issues.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight, including international shipments.
• Use basic to intermediate Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• Support process improvements and help lead daily team check-ins.
• Train and support new employees.
• Assist with task prioritisation and workload planning.
