Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. You will work 5 days per week, with your rota spread across 7 days and including required weekends.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Ecommerce Operations Team. This is a fulfilment-focused role that involves picking, packing, and processing jewellery orders with precision and care. You will work in a secure, fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial, especially when handling delicate items. Accuracy and responsibility in fulfilling orders are key to ensuring a smooth customer experience.

What to expect from the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately pick and pack orders
  • Perform quality checks on jewellery pieces before shipping to ensure they meet standards
  • Process orders using warehouse management systems and fulfilment software
  • Label and prepare parcels for courier dispatch, adhering to packaging guidelines
  • Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory
  • Assist in stock replenishment and regular inventory counts
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment
  • Follow all health, safety, and security procedures, particularly in handling valuable items
  • Collaborate with Customer Service team
  • Handle returns within company guidelines
  • Any adhoc duties as requested by management
