Warehouse Manager

Are you experienced in driving operational efficiency within a distribution or warehouse environment?

Do you have extensive experience in operational management within FMCG?

MacGregor Black are partnering with a leading FMCG business on the search for a Warehouse Manager. This is a perm role based in County Laois, Ireland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers, maintaining supply chain efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels, track shipments, and ensure proper handling and storage conditions of your products.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team, ensuring high performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Conduct regular training sessions to improve skills and maintain team motivation.
  • Analyse performance metrics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve delivery efficiency.
What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in logistics management.
  • Proven track record of managing logistics teams.
  • Strong understanding safety standards, regulatory compliance, and industry-specific best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
