Job summary

PSC Biotech, a leading Biotech consultancy with global operations, is seeking a Bioprocess Material Associate to support pharma warehouse activities, receipt, sampling, dispensing, and shipping within a warehouse and dispensing facility in Ireland.

The role requires GMP experience, 1+ year in pharma warehousing, and proficiency with SAP/COMET, MES, and LIMS, plus ability to lift 50 pounds and operate warehouse equipment.

Qualifications

• Level 6 qualification in a relevant field.
• 1+ year pharma warehouse, dispensary, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• GMP and warehouse experience essential.
• Experience in RM sampling, weighing, and dispensing preferred.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Trained in operating reach, counterbalance, VNA, forklift and motorised pallet trucks.
• Good communication, teamwork, flexibility, and learning ability.
• Physically capable of lifting(50 pounds), moving, loading, and unloading materials.

Responsibilities

• Manage pharma warehouse and dispensing activities, including goods receipt, RM sampling, dispensing, picking, and shipping.
• Distribute materials to Manufacturing, Labs, MS&T, and other internal teams.
• Operate warehouse/dispensing equipment including reach/VNA trucks, pallet trucks, scales, downflow booths, and drum movers.
• Use SAP/COMET, MES, and LIMS for inventory, dispensing, and sampling activities.
• Support GMP compliance, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity initiatives.
• Review and update warehouse/dispensary SOPs and procedures.

• The Bioprocess Material Associate works within a team of individuals in support of receiving, sampling, dispensing, material supply and shipping of drug substance at the warehouse and dispensing facility.
