Park Hotel Kenmare, renowned luxury hotel in Ireland, seeks a confident Waiter/Waitress for Landline restaurant to deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth and professionalism.

Ideal candidates will be passionate about fine dining, wine, and wine service, while maintaining discretion and a high standard of service. The role includes shifts in the evenings and weekends within a five-star setting.

• Ensure correct table presentation, including table settings, glassware, cutlery, and overall restaurant appearance.
• Maintain awareness of service timing, ensuring guests enjoy a relaxed yet efficient dining experience.
• Liaise closely with the kitchen, bar, and wider hotel teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times.
• Follow all hotel procedures relating to food safety, hygiene, health and safety, and responsible service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including preparation of the restaurant before service and resetting afterwards.
• Ensure all guest areas are presented to the highest standards throughout the day.
