Qualifications

Reperio has partnered with a leading international professional services firm who are seeking a Vulnerability & Compliance Lead to manage the identification, tracking, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across enterprise infrastructure. This role is key in maintaining compliance with security standards and ensuring robust risk management practices.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as SME for vulnerability management and remediation
  • Prioritise and coordinate remediation efforts across teams
  • Track and report on vulnerability and compliance status
  • Manage security exceptions and risk assessments
  • Support continuous improvement of security processes

Requirements:

  • Experience with tools such as Qualys, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, CrowdStrike
  • Strong knowledge of OS hardening, patch management, network security
  • Familiarity with scripting (Python, PowerShell)
  • Understanding of security frameworks and regulatory compliance
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving focus
  • Ability to adapt to evolving threat landscapes
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in vulnerability management (lead experience preferred)
  • Relevant certifications (., Security+, ISC2 Certified in Cybersecurity) desirable
