Job summary

Cpl Resources in Dublin is seeking a senior Client Services Specialist within Structured Finance to manage a portfolio of CLO and Loan Fund transactions. You will act as the primary contact for clients and collaborate with sales and support teams to deliver excellent service, while mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in Structured Finance, ideally within a client services role.
• Understanding of the global financial services industry, debt capital markets, and structured finance.
• Prior experience with CLOs and/or Loan Funds is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and build long-term rapport.
• Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff.
• Deep knowledge of payment processing, agency operations, transaction documentation, and capital markets operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients and/or deals as part of a team servicing structured finance transactions
• Act as Relationship Manager and senior escalation point for assigned clients
• Provide oversight, mentorship, and support to junior team members, ensuring high service standards
• Liaise with clients, counterparties, and internal teams to manage transactions and resolve queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Review transaction documentation with in-house legal support, both pre- and post-closing
• Ensure accurate processing and settlement of deal-related transactions, including cash payments, instructed investments, and custody securities settlements
• Oversee the production and delivery of compliance reporting, ESMA reporting, payment date reports, and daily cash management activities
