Job summary

SMBC Group seeks an experienced AI & Automation Engineer (Vice President level) to lead enterprise automation across Tungsten Automation, UiPath and Power Platform. You will own solutions from discovery to production, ensuring security, risk controls and scalable delivery.

The role offers a salary range of €72,000 to €134,000 with potential incentives and a competitive benefits package, including pension. Hybrid working model in EMEA with Ireland focus.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise automation engineering and delivery.
• Ability to design AI-enabled automation including document processing and knowledge discovery.
• Leadership in platform ownership, roadmap, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test and deploy automation using Tungsten, UiPath and Power Platform.
• Embed AI into automation workflows with validation and governance.
• Own end-to-end platform architecture, upgrades and service health.
