Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction &oversight to the Trust’s operations &future development.
• Uphold the mission, vision &values of the organisation.
• Ensure good governance in line with the Charities Regulator's Code of Governance.
• Monitor organisational performance &support the CEO &management team.
• Participate in subcommittees as required (e.g., Finance, HR, Fundraising, Risk & Compliance).
• Act as an ambassador for the Trust within your networks.
