Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Kildare, Ireland seeks a Store Supervisor to lead a high-performing team and champion customer service in a dynamic denim environment. You will support the management team, drive KPI targets, manage stock, payroll and rota, and deliver an exceptional 1-2-1 customer journey.

You'll inspire and coach your team with product knowledge, live brand values, and a proactive approach to selling. This is a full-time role with the opportunity to grow within an iconic company.

• Experience in retail with a track record of meeting KPIs and sales targets.
• Strong customer service and team development skills.
• Experience with store operations and stock management.

As a Store Supervisor at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated.
