About the Role

We’re looking for a talented Visual/UI Designer to join our design team at P3 Hotel Software. We craft custom websites and technology solutions for hotels, enhancing every step of the guest journey, from browsing to booking to checking out online. This position is from the Greater Dublin area but with a mainly remote setup. Ideally we look for candidates based in the Leinster or Dublin Area who can easily travel to our office for monthly in‑office collaboration days. Note: We do not offer visa sponsorship for this position. Applicants must already hold a valid working visa for Ireland. What you will do?

Design high‑fidelity mockups, prototypes, and UI components primarily using Figma. Working with design wireframes you will be required to build branded booking engines for our new clients. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to present and refine design ideas. Work within brand guidelines and follow design system constraints to deliver designs that elevate and match our clients’ identity. Ensure visual consistency, accessibility and alignment with design best practices across projects. Work with developers to handover refined designs and assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Working primarily with Figma
• Creating high‑level wireframes to explore concepts and new functionality
• Producing high quality, high‑fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Meeting with and presenting design concepts to clients
• Working within brand guidelines to create designs that reinforce our clients’ style and voice

Experience / Skills Required

• 1–3 years of professional experience in UI or visual design
• Strong portfolio showcasing your visual design skills across web and mobile platforms
• Proficiency in Figma
