You will implement visual standards, drive commercial excellence, and create an inspiring customer experience while collaborating with store leaders to optimise performance.

Responsibilities

• Execute visual, commercial, and styling actions in line with store guidelines to enhance the customer experience and drive sales.
• Analyse sales performance, ensure garment care and identify visual and commercial opportunities in collaboration with Management teams.
• Use trend and competitor insights to coach and develop the store team, and equip them to deliver a great customer experience.
