Job summary

Google’s gTech Ads Solutions in Dublin seeks a Video Solutions Expert to support priority Google Ads clients and lead video advertising strategies. You will collaborate with Ads Sales to tailor video campaigns for client goals, drive implementation and optimization, and provide consultative insights to improve performance across YouTube and Google Video products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years in digital media or digital marketing/advertising solutions, implementing and measuring campaigns.
• 1 year in customer relationship development, account management, media consulting, or similar.
• Fluent in Spanish and English for client management.
• Experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media industry.
• Expertise in campaign management for Google Ads or DV360.
• Ability to process large data sets and identify patterns.
• Take ownership of accounts, deliverables, and KPIs.
• Strong project management across multiple simultaneous solutions.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted advisor to priority Google Ads clients, understanding their business challenges and how Google's Video solutions can address them.
• Partner with Ads Sales teams to develop and present video advertising strategies and media plans tailored to client goals.
• Drive the implementation, optimization, and performance analysis of Video campaigns, particularly on YouTube, to meet and exceed customer objectives.
• Serve as the customer's go-to product expert for Video, providing consultative solutions and insights on platform features and best practices.
• Analyze video campaign data to draw actionable insights and provide data-driven recommendations to customers and internal teams.
