Overview

About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Video & Digital Media Producer (Videographer) to join our expanding in house Marketing and Communications team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality videos for a variety of projects across our group companies. They will work closely with clients, managers, and other team members to bring their vision to life. This is a hands-on role, ideal for an experienced videographer who can work independently, manage complex projects and create compelling content that supports business growth, client engagement and internal communications.

About the team

With a growth phase in the EPS Group, the Marketing and Communications team plays a central role in shaping how Group companies are perceived in the marketplace. The team is responsible for internal and external communication with our teams in Ireland, the UK and Northern Europe as well as our extensive customer base and other stakeholders. Consisting of 8 companies, the successful candidate will need excellent time management and prioritisation skills and experience working on multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, production and delivery of a diverse range of video content
  • Collaborate with clients, group companies and across departments to scope, organise and execute projects independently, managing everything from pre-production planning and logistics to on-site filming, drone operations, editing, publishing and video quality control
  • Film high-quality video content for a variety of projects, including case studies, product demos and promos, interviews and social media content
  • Travel to site or other group companies across Ireland and the UK as required for projects
  • Manage and utilise EPS Group's in-house video and audio recording studio (Mallow, Co. Cork)
  • Ensure that all videos are delivered on time and to the desired specifications
  • Manage video and audio file management, ensuring they are organised and easy to access for future use
  • Stay up to date with the latest video production trends, software and techniques
  • Support the Marketing & Communications team with content strategy, video best practices and creative input
Key Competencies and Skills
  • Proven experience as a Videographer, with a portfolio that showcases your skills and creativity
  • Expertise in video editing software, Adobe Premiere Pro (essential) with working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator and DaVinci Resolve is preferred but not essential
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, lighting, audio recording, and storytelling techniques
  • Experience operating Sony cameras, Blackmagic systems, DJI drones, Sennheiser audio equipment, Zoom recorders, and Aputure lighting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage the full production process independently, from planning to final delivery
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Full, clean driving licence with willingness to travel extensively across Ireland, the UK and further afield
  • Drone operation experience (licence/certification is a plus)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Video Production or a related field is preferred
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in professional video production (corporate or commercial)
  • Applicants must include a showreel demonstrating their most recent work
