Job summary

Dean Group is growing, and we’re looking for an exceptional VP of Global Marketing to join us as we continue to expand across Ireland, Europe and the US.

We’re an independent hospitality group with a collection of hotels, restaurants and bars shaped by personality, culture and the communities they call home. As we grow, we’re looking for a senior marketing leader who can help us scale without losing what makes our brands distinctive.

Reporting to our Chief Commercial Officer, this role will lead our global Marketing function, with responsibility across Marketing Strategy, Digital Performance, CRM, E-Commerce, Customer Engagement, regional/property marketing and F&B marketing.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Commercially sharp and genuinely customer curious
• Experienced in leading marketing across multiple brands, properties and/or markets
• Strong across digital, CRM, e-commerce, acquisition and retention
• A brilliant planner who can bring structure, clarity and pace
• A builder — excited by developing teams, capability and a scalable global marketing model
• Strategic enough to set the direction, but operational enough to make it happen
• Ideally experienced in hospitality, travel, lifestyle, luxury or premium consumer brands
