Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Vehicle Prepper in a professional auto body shop.
• Knowledge of vehicle body repair and preparation techniques.
• Experience with seam sealer and waterproofing applications.
• Strong attention to detail and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and repair vehicle bodies post-collision, preparing them for priming and painting.
• Apply primer to repaired surfaces, ensuring thorough coverage and proper preparation for painting.
• Sand, mask, and finish vehicle surfaces to a fine pre-paint prep.
• Apply seam sealer as required to ensure waterproofing and seamless repairs.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, masked, and 'gun ready' for spray painters.
• Collaborate with panel beaters and spray painters to maintain workflow and quality.
