Job summary

Primeline Group in Dublin is seeking a Van Driver / Multi-Drop Delivery Driver on a permanent full-time basis to cover deliveries across the Leinster region. You will perform daily safety checks, verify orders against manifests, load and unload with PPT/MHE, and communicate updates to the Customer Service team to ensure timely, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Full clean driving licence required.
• 1–3 years' experience in multi-drop delivery within Ireland.
• Experience operating PPT and Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork.
• Fluent spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle walk-around safety checks and report defects.
• Verify and check orders against delivery manifests before departure.
• Follow planned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries throughout Leinster.
• Accurately complete all delivery documentation and POD records.
• Load and unload vehicles safely using PPT and other MHE.
• Communicate delivery updates and service concerns to Customer Service.
• Return all completed paperwork and documentation at end of shift.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies and road transport regulations.

Van Driver / Multi-Drop Delivery Driver

Dublin | Permanent Full-Time

Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 4:00pm (45 hours per week)

About The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Van Driver / Multi-Drop Delivery Driver to join our growing transport team in Dublin. This is a permanent position suited to a professional driver who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries across the Leinster region.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete daily vehicle walk-around safety checks and report any defects promptly.
• Verify and check orders against delivery manifests before departure.
• Follow planned delivery routes and schedules efficiently.
• Complete multi-drop deliveries throughout Leinster.
• Accurately complete all delivery documentation and Proof of Delivery (POD) records.
• Load and unload vehicles safely using PPT and other Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Communicate delivery updates, customer issues, and service concerns to the Customer Service team.
• Return all completed paperwork and delivery documentation at the end of each shift.
• Always Adhere to company Health & Safety policies and road transport regulations.

Requirements

Essential

• Full Clean Driving Licence
• 1-3 years' experience in multi-drop delivery driving within Ireland
• Experience operating PPT and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
• Strong understanding of transport compliance and vehicle safety checks
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork
• Strong communication skills with fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Flexibility to support operational requirements when needed
• Availability to travel throughout the Leinster region
