Job summary

Vanspeed couriers.ie in Dublin is hiring a reliable and experienced Van Driver for our Dublin-based courier/haulage operation. The role includes driving a Mercedes Sprinter-sized van, delivering parcels, and meeting daily targets with guaranteed overtime.

The package offers a base salary up to €40,000 per year plus potential bonuses up to €8,000, along with 20 days holiday plus bank holidays and on-site parking. Full PAYE position with holiday entitlements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in multi-drop delivery work in Dublin.
• Full B licence required.
• Must be 25 years of age or older (for insurance purposes).
• Must be currently residing on the Northside of Dublin.

Responsibilities

• Scan, sort, and load parcels into the van efficiently.
• Plan and route deliveries in a timely, fuel-efficient way.
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance expectations.
• Use route planning apps like Circuit or Road Warrior.
• Use handheld scanners for PODs and collections.
• Drive a Mercedes Sprinter-sized van, including tight spaces.
• Complete daily route collections and liaise with team leaders.
• Conduct daily walk-around checks.

Full-Time Van Driver – Dublin-Based Courier/Haulage Company

€32,000 per Year + €8,000 bonuses

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Van Driver to join our established Courier/Haulage company based in Dublin.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends (Optional)

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately scan, sort, and load parcels and boxes into the van in an organised and efficient manner
• Plan and route deliveries in a timely and fuel‑efficient way
• Meet daily delivery targets and performance expectations
• Use route planning applications such as Circuit or Road Warrior
• Use handheld scanners for van loading, Proof of Delivery (PODs), and collections
• Confidently drive a Mercedes Sprinter‐sized van, including manoeuvring and reversing in tight or restricted spaces
• Complete scheduled collections as part of the daily route
• Liaise effectively with team leaders to ensure all deliveries and collections are completed successfully
• Complete daily walk‑around checks
• Full training will be provided

Requirements

• Possible €8,000 extra on top of salary per annum in bonuses + guaranteed overtime
