Job summary

Unipharmedtech in Ireland is seeking an organised Clinic Data Entry Administrator to join our School Vaccination Team. You will ensure vaccination records are accurately entered into the PharmaVax system, supporting safe delivery of school-based programmes.

Working with pharmacists, clinic co-ordinators and admin colleagues, you will process patient information, maintain records, identify missing data, and ensure GDPR-compliant procedures and timely data entry during peak vaccination periods.

Qualifications

• Strong data entry and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
• Organised with ability to manage large volumes of information accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Independent worker yet good team collaborator.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience handling confidential information in a professional setting.
• Able to meet deadlines during busy vaccination campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Enter patient vaccination data into PharmaVax accurately.
• Review consent forms and vaccination records for completeness.
• Identify missing or incorrect data and liaise to resolve.
• Maintain GDPR-compliant records and data protection policies.
• Verify demographic information where required.
• Support preparation of vaccination reports and audits.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, clinic coordinators and admin teams.
• Organise clinic paperwork and electronic records.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
• Meet productivity and accuracy targets during peak periods.
• Provide admin support to Pharmacy Health Services Team.
